2. How to Preserve and Eat our Food the Right Way
The food reaches at your Door-step within 2 hrs of preparations.
Storage Instructions: If you are planning to eat the food later in the day, please store the food in the fridge between the temperature 4°C to 20°C and then reheat the food and bring the temperature to 74°C and enjoy your dinner.
3. Use of our Website
You agree to use our website for legitimate purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, in violation of any intellectual property or privacy law. By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree to not use our website to conduct any activity that would constitute a civil or criminal offence or violate any law. You agree not to attempt to interfere with our website's network or security features or to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You agree to provide us with accurate personal information, such as your email address, mailing address and other contact details in order to complete your order or contact you as needed. You agree to promptly update your account and information. You authorize us to collect and use this information to contact you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Refund Policy
We're so convinced you'll absolutely love our services. We offer our one day, 2 day and one week trial services so that you first try out our services before you commit for our monthly packages.
Please Note That All Subscriptions Are NON-REFUNDABLE.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Subscription packages may be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Delivery Terms
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We deliver to specified service areas: Scarborough, Markham, North York, and surrounding GTA areas. Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. Repeated failed deliveries may result in additional charges.
7. Food Quality and Safety
We prepare all meals fresh daily using high-quality ingredients. We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of ordering.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions if allergens are not disclosed at the time of ordering. Consume meals promptly upon delivery for best quality and safety.
8. Limitation of Liability
Manra Tiffins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Terms
Manra Tiffins reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
